By accessing or using any ruziz product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All content, trademarks, software, and materials on ruziz platforms are owned by or licensed to RUZIZ MY Technology. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

Where our services require an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at admin@ruziz.my if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, RUZIZ MY Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
